We're not a kind of luxurious hotel to throw your valued money away, but a comforting, spacious, place to stay while you roam the city for a uniquely low price. Our B&B is conveniently near University of Victoria - UVIC, the park, the beach, a grocery store, and many more. We gladly offer you:

Our new renovated, broad diamond suite is supplied with all your basic needs. Hardwood floow, tiled eating area and an extra big storage room. Make a cup of coffee in the morning and cook your own dinner and lunch in our small kitchen. The grocery store is just a minute walking distance away.

One time $60 cleaning fee
High Season = May 1st to Sept. 30st Low Season = Oct 1st to Apr 30st
The price doesn't include breakfast. If breakfast, plus $10 for each person.
We prefer a minimum two days stay, $10 more at one day stay(Minimum payment $60 for one day stay).
